Jakarta, 15 December 2011 - Indonesia’s sovereign debt rating was raised to investment grade on Thursday by Fitch Ratings, who cited the country’s “strong and resilient” economy.

Jakarta, December 8^th 2011 – In order to enhance and accelerate the development of pioneer industries, pursuant to Article 18 of Law Number 25 Year 2007 concerning Investment, the Government may grant facilities in the form of income tax exemption or reduction in certain amount and period (tax holiday) to new investments. 

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) presented the result of its 2011 integrity survey on Monday, with the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) topping its list on the integrity of state institutions.
