One of many things organizes by BKPM to support the implementation of MP3EI is through Regional Investment Potential Exhibition (GPID) and National Seminar on Investment (SNI). ASEAN Finance Ministers Investor Seminar. Jakarta, 8 November 2011

AFMIS is a collaborative approach focusing on promoting the ASEAN region as an attractive investment destination. As this year’s ASEAN Chair, Indonesia will host the Seminar on November 8, 2011 at Shangri-La hotel Jakarta. Themed “Growth and Resiliency - the ASEAN Story”, this year’s seminar will highlight the following areas: investment opportunities, financial markets, locking in the gains- broader reforms being set, differentiating ASEAN economies from other emerging markets. The format of the seminar will include panel discussions attended by the Finance Ministers of the ASEAN countries and a luncheon meeting as well as country breakout sessions with each ASEAN countries' representatives.

ASEAN Business and Investment Summit, Bali 16 - 18 November 2011

The ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (ASEAN-BIS) is organized by the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) annually to coincide with the ASEAN Summit. ASEAN-BIS brings together private and public sector organizations, government representatives and captains of industry from within and outside ASEAN for dialogue and networking, and provides an interactive platform to advance industry and business in the region. The congregation on average attracts a total of 700 - 1000 delegates who are prominent dignitaries, regional and global businessmen, acedemicians and policy-makers generatied mainly from ASEAN Members States, Dialogue Partners.
